KLM Appraisals was founded in 2002 and is family owned and operated. We are a detail-oriented company with a focus on accuracy, prompt service, professionalism, and client experience. We take a personal, hands-on approach to working with our clients. We complete in-person appraisal inspections where our appraisers personally come out to inspect your property. We do not use third-party property inspectors. We take pride in the quality and consistency of our work and strive to meet our clients needs.

KLM currently has one CRA P. App. designated appraiser on staff who is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Team members at KLM have a focus on continued learning and attend courses and seminars throughout the year to keep up with the latest innovations in the residential appraisal field. Our clients include financial institutions, corporations, professional law offices, and private individuals.
